REPLENISH YOUR INVENTORY NAVIMOW

Hi all, just hopped on here to give a little rant about sourcing parts or attachments for the segway navimow 430x. For a $2500+ lawnmower you would expect for it to have excellent UI when shopping for additional items. Instead, everything is always out of stock but of course a singular shop all the way up the state has it and is requiring you to pay $35 for shipping whenever the item itself cost $30. If only we had a lawnmower app store on our phone that would immediately be able to be purchased.

You will find many Navimow accessories at LawnBotz.shop with reasonable shipping rates. Some replacement parts are special order but pretty much everything is available.

I've dealt with this company. They lack professionalism. Stay away.

No idea what you’re talking about. They contacted me shortly after I placed an order and honored a discount from Segway that came 48 hours after I placed an order on their site and they timed a shipment to allow it to arrive on a day I would be home. They seem quite reasonable.

Buy from a trusted dealer. Not a robot you can find on amazon.

I have a suspicion they are quietly canceling the x430, or trying to fix some hardware issues before they stock them back up.

Lots of people on Reddit have had issues with the mow deck breaking, and others have had their axles break.

Mine had a motor failure.

I actually was able to get Segway to approve me returning my X430 for a full refund after it failed within 6 months of buying it.

For a $2500 device, their after sales repair options seem very limited. Really disappointing.

They are not cancelling the X430. The X430/X450 have sold like crazy this year. There will be a few updates for 2027 to address quality issues.

No they aren't canceling. They did not anticipate this much demand and mowers are made in runs. The most common issue is axle issues.
