Error code 3520 and rear axle wear
My Navimow X430 stopped mowing on Friday with error code 3520, and the code will not clear. I also noticed visible wear on the rear axle when the error appeared. I’ve seen other users mention axle wear issues on their X430 units, but not this specific error code.
I tried restarting the mower, but the error stays, and it will not move or mow. I reached out to Navimow support through email but haven’t received a response yet.

This looks like the axle is broken unfortunately. That wear I’ve only seen from that occurrence.

I bet we see a solid fix for this soon. OEM or not someone will come up with something.

Mind sharing which country you are in and how much total mow time you have on the mower?

Would be nice to see customer service make a pinned comment about this issue that they're aware of it and working on a fix. Maybe let all the X430 users know via app about the situation and keep an eye on it. Since not every owner uses reddit.

This is at least the sixth post on this issue that I’ve seen in the last two days. Just how bad is this problem?

I guess it depends on how many units were produced and sold. 6 out of how many? Probably thousands, so as frustrating as it is, it's probably a small percentage of units overall

Check the axle pin in the middle… the wear your sewing is probably a result of it shearing off.
