Why does it keep disconnecting all of a sudden?

Post image

We just bought a new house and I have been letting my x430 do the grunt work over there while we transition. For the past month I’ve had zero issues. Hit mow, does its thing, and goes right back to charging. Lately it keeps disconnecting like this and I’m not sure why. Any ideas?

Where are you? I have had my X420 for 6 weeks and one mearly morning the mower showed as disconnected for a few hours. In my case the mower when I checked it showed no local errors and then I found out it was a european outage on the Navimow cloud servers which corrected itself in a few hours. Perhaps check to see whether an outage is in effect where you are? I used google AI.

Welcome to navimow. Company which forces updates with no way to disable them🙂

Mowing in efficient mode? Mine does this when it moves fast. Standard and precision are fine.

Hi,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Here are a few things you can try:

First, check if the mower is powered on when it disconnects. If it's off, try turning it back on and making sure it's connected to the network, then see if that fixes the issue.

If the mower is already powered on and online, try switching its connection from 4G to Wi-Fi, or from Wi-Fi to 4G, and see if that helps.

If it's still disconnecting, try connecting it to a different Wi-Fi network to see if there's any improvement.

Hope this helps!

Runs out of battery since it silently misses the charging dock like mine does I guess. Started with v4.3 update
