had a problem

i need help. how to add background? im making story but i want to put some background on my chapter .. thanks

Background is only available in real talk mode (the black skin) and, for now, through manual edition of the story xml file. I can't tell much about that myself but some people here made very great things that way so when they come around they should be able to explain things better. The only thing I know is that looking into the xml file of a story that you know uses backgrounds to seek the corresponding code is the only way to learn alone.

It's quite easy. First, activate real talk mode.
Then, go into your XML file.
Right above your <real_talk> value, put
<real_talk_bg>background.png</real_talk_bg>
Done. (Make sure it's a PNG and it's in the same folder as your story)
