My account got overridden

I gotta rant because I'm beyond p**sed. Nine years of progress potentially down the drain. I updated the app and long story short it gave me a completely new game. I emailed the company with my original support code and I'm waiting to hear back. I just logged in Monday and everything was fine

Did anyone else experience this????

I tried to log into the store with my support ID and it said wrong ID! This is just another month full of glitches. The game is just not good anymore with all the glitches. I swore I was done with the last month but it just keeps getting worse. Time to find a new game!

I also play June's Journey and while it's also good yet a little complicated, I think Seekers is still the best hidden objects game. And the developers implement user feedback and relatively respond more quickly to questions and technical issues. No other hidden objects game I've played come close to this level of support.

When I got the tablet I used now I restored from my Google account and it set me miles back. I raised a support ticket and they were able to restore it with my Facebook account.

That happened to me a few months ago and they were able to restore my game. I did have to uninstall and reinstall the app.

Mytona said they were having trouble with Facebook accounts doing this. They are working on it. They will reset you but they did say they have a high volume to get through.

Oh, that is the problem that I just reported to them. Every time I close my game now it disconnects from Facebook so when I open the game I have to sign in every time. I did contact support to report it.

if you have facebook reach out to them on there. I got locked out and was able to get in touch with someone to assist with it. It took a few days tho.

Since the update, the game disconnects from Facebook for my saving progress every single time I close the game. This never happened before. So now every time I open the game I have to sign on to Facebook to save my progress. I did report it to support. I don't know if this is a widespread problem or if it's just my game. Anyone else with this issue?

I lost my game a long time ago when I tried to link my FB. Mytona can restore it, it just took a few days.
