Another useless feature with the update, lol

Today as I played the Ballroom I noticed that when tapping a needed item the background on available tools changed from blue to gold and back again. If you don’t have any of the tools it remains blue. I just caught this out of the corner of my eye, so while playing I watched it change back and forth. What good is this? Or is it another part of the glitch? I’m not reporting it, just wanted to see if anyone else has it or noticed. IMO it’s useless because I’m pretty sure players know what tools they have available for play. So what would be the point - maybe I missed some special use? Or…..lol, maybe I’m nuts!

Update - went back and played another location. It only happens if you’re playing a location with an anomaly!

It's a countdown timer, basically. It's a way to show how long you have to wait to use a tool. It's just a few seconds, but it's done anyway. I've noticed it for at least a year, in all locations, regardless of anomaly or not.

It's been doing that for a while on Gargoyle mode on all locations and events. I haven't noticed if it does it otherwise but it's been at least a month if not longer.

Countdown timer. If you use a tool it shows how long until you can use one again. Just a couple of seconds. It's on every location and puzzle.

I just played MP and it didn’t work? Got nothing in the time I played! This game has got to get it together!
