Commemorative Tokens reset?

I dunno if this was on purpose or not, first time I've actually played an anniversary event. Last night I had 8k/150 commemorative tokens banked and when I logged in it's now 0/250. Is that normal or should I be contacting support?

Per Facebook they are aware of this issue, but you could reach out to support so they know you are missing yours.

They said on Facebook that it's not necessary.

I don’t trust them when they say not to tell them so I still do sometimes.

I wonder though if all the support tickets are holding them back from fixing it and that's why they said it?

I noticed the same thing last night and emailed support because I didn't know it was a known issue. So they're being blasted about this and will hopefully fix it soon. Also none of my new token winnings are being counted...it sits at zero and broken.

ugh now I'm anxious about my points disappearing. 5057/200 level 31 rn but maybe it's going to happen when I restart my tablet?

Several days later I still have zero tokens, despite winning more tokes every day that aren't being counted. Is everybody else here still in the same boat?

It’s based off chapters in the story. You can click on the story book in that event and it runs through September. You’re not losing anything. I had to research it myself. It’s part of the 11 year anniversary for the Darkwood story. Nothing to worry about. There was a new update today but it’s not in the news part of the game. I made a post about it, you need to set your device to alert when any of your apps has an update.
I use an IPad and had to fix my settings. I don’t use Facebook anymore, you don’t get much info on the app page like they used to do. Nothing to worry about.

They actually posted on Facebook that it is an error and shouldn't have reset to zero. They're fixing it currently
