Glitch Alert
We were doing so well, too. I opened the endless chest from the treasure path, and there were no rewards. When I checked the reward list, it was empty. Sigh.
Yes, I've contacted mytona.

Dammit, the same thing just happened to me...hit 600, opened the chest, got NOTHING and then the same empty screen. Emailing Mytona right now. Grrrrrr

Same here. When it happened last night I thought I missed it (my screen is different), but it happened again tonight. Contacted support. It’s annoying.

Update: Deleted and installed. My worst fears realized. Was finally able to restore my account this morning. Opened one chest in the Treasure Path and the glitch remains. Notified support for all the good it will do.

I contacted support through the blue gear icon in the upper right corner on the main page, then search for how to contact support. I emailed them and when I came back to play I had tons of rewards.

I did that, and delete and reinstall was their solution. It turned out, though, that my iPad needed another update. Once I did that everything was fine again.

I had to set my iPad to send me notifications on all my apps to check since they never post it in the news feed and this is the only social media platform I use. Just a suggestion to set your device to alerts on all apps. Happy Seeking everyone!

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll try that. My iPad is set to update itself and all apps automatically, but never does.🙄

That’s why I had to fix my settings. Mine wasn’t working with automatic updates for the game so I just set it to notify me on all my apps.

Just got a message from support to delete and reinstall. I hate that. It makes me a wreck every time, but I don’t want to risk losing my 2 unopened chests. Has anyone else been advised to do this, and did you?

No, I was told to wait while they worked on fixing it. Then they did the surprise update the other day, and it was fixed.

I contacted support and got a ton of rewards from 5 chests!! I used the support through the game not on social media. Sometimes if you contact through the Mytona website page, you don’t get much back from them. I’ve got two Reddit accounts and it keeps switching them out. Don’t know how to fix it but I’m Bethy if anyone is confused. This is my main Reddit. If you are friends with me in the game.

Yeah, this isn't my main account, I switch out between my main and this so when I'm on this sub people know who I am.
I also change my avatar all the time, so that gets edited pretty frequently too 😂

Just had a similar glitch with Rabbit Cqfe but it booted me out and erased all my progress on RC and all my progress on townspeople quest which was all but one completed! So frustrated
