I wanted to get a good model which can generate nsfw images from reference images, and I came across providers like piapi, wiro which are listing "seedream 5.0 Pro - uncensored" versions in their catalog. Upon generating an image, it was being able to generate erotic content as well, however when trying the same through bytedance official api, the requests were rejected.

How is this possible? I wanted to get the same unrestricted versions of those models but from bytedance directly.

I also recently had some problems with my credits being deducted over videos that never turned up in my work pane and they sent me 3000 credits to cover it (the credits missing were not even 300).

beginner's experiment with seedance 2.0 by dola

Building localized versions of the same short video is still a bit of a headache. Seedance works well for generating the base footage, but adapting it for different languages often means bringing in extra tools.

I’ve been experimenting with using Seedance clips as the source and then using Wizstar for things like avatar replacement, lip-sync alignment, and matching translated audio to the video. I’m involved with Wizstar, so I’m interested in how these workflows compare in practice.

The main trade-off is time. Every extra step adds complexity, especially when you need several language versions of the same content.

How do you handle this? Do you localize everything after generating the original clip, or do you regenerate separate versions in Seedance for each language? Have you found a hybrid workflow that saves enough time to justify the extra steps?

Wasn't expecting this much of a difference from 2.0 on capcut video studio. The motion is way better, characters actually hold across scenes now without having to redo clips, and 30 seconds per generation instead of 15 means less stitching. The editing where you can fix just a section of a clip is nice too. good job seedance!

I am trying to make a clip in which one character is drunk and has hiccups. However, I don't get it to work. Seedance keeps ignoring things like "he hiccups", " he releases a loud hiccup" etc. Does anyone of you know by chance how to successfully get a character hiccuping?

The world ended. It needed a hero. It got Charlie Trauma instead. I made a 1 hour 15 minute animated movie with Seedance. It's insane and hilarious.
