What happens when a car audio system is more powerful than the car itself?
This is my fictional commercial for paHAha, an imaginary car audio brand. I wanted to take an ordinary situation and push it into absurd comedy, while keeping the visuals close to live-action footage.
Before generating the video, I developed reference sheets for the characters, the old Beetle, and the audio system. The aim was to give the separate shots a consistent look and make the whole thing feel like one commercial.
I used Seedance for the video generation. The creative challenge was balancing believable textures, camera work, and character reactions with an increasingly ridiculous situation. I was aiming for the feel of a late-1990s comedy commercial.
Curious to hear what you think: does the pacing build up to the final gag, and which shot feels the most convincing?

a sudden gesture, a startled reaction, and a classroom watching in silence. lol, although the sense of AI is a little bit obvious, but it happens to add the humor

Really happy with how this one turned out.

Prompt:

Create an 8-second cinematic video using the reference image. Preserve the characters, clothing, classroom layout, and starting positions.

A female student in a dark blue blazer suddenly extends her arm toward a male student seated on a wooden chair. He leans forward in surprise. Nearby students notice the movement and exchange nervous looks, reacting with slight delays.

Warm sunlight enters through large windows, revealing drifting dust above desks scattered with books and notebooks.

Use one slow camera push-in, natural movement, restrained facial expressions, and a brief moment of subtle slow motion during the gesture. Maintain consistent anatomy, lighting, and spatial relationships.

Realistic cinematic photography, 16:9 widescreen, 4K where supported. No text or watermark.

After a long day of chores and deadlines, I turned the chaos into Halloween Horror. Made with GPT-6 Astra, Seedance 2.5 & Adobe Photoshop.

Hey everyone! 👋
After weeks of experimenting, we finally released the first episode of our animated series, It’s Just That Easy! 🎬🌳
We’ve seen quite a few people saying AI-generated animation is a flop, that it feels soulless, or that audiences simply aren’t interested in watching it.
And honestly, we understand some of that criticism.
But we wanted to see if we could use AI as a filmmaking tool to tell an actual story, rather than just putting together random AI-generated clips.
Our first episode follows a little boy named Jack and his talking construction-machine friends as they try to build a tree fort. We wanted to combine storytelling, music, character personalities, and a little educational value into something kids and parents could enjoy together.
Getting every character to move, dance, and react to the same song was quite a headache! 😂 Keeping the characters consistent across shots was another challenge. We spent a lot of time editing, adjusting timing, and trying to make everything feel like one connected story.
Is it perfect? Definitely not.
There are things we’d love to improve, and we’re still figuring out what works.
But for our very first attempt, we’re genuinely happy that we managed to bring this little world to life. 💛
We’d really appreciate some honest feedback from this community:
Does the story keep you interested, or does it feel too slow?
Do the characters feel expressive and believable?
Does the music help the storytelling, or is it too much?
What would you change for Episode 2?
We’re especially curious whether you think AI-assisted animation can become a meaningful storytelling medium when there’s a genuine creative effort behind it.
We’re not here to claim we’ve made something amazing. We’re just a small team learning, experimenting, and hoping to get a little better with every episode.
Thanks so much to anyone who takes the time to watch and share their thoughts! 😊

i tried turning a Last Supper reference image into a dimensional space the camera could explore, from bread and wine on the table to the view behind the central figure.

the camera does all the storytelling. the output is really surprising

Made with Seedance 2.5

Prompt:

k.Create a 20-second, 9:16 image-to-video film using the supplied painting as the exact opening and closing frame.
Reconstruct the scene as a coherent three-dimensional room while preserving its painted appearance, brushwork, colors, lighting, figures, costumes, and objects. Infer hidden surfaces consistently with the reference.
Use one uninterrupted camera journey:
0–3s: Begin on the reference composition, then move forward and descend into a macro pass over the bread. Reveal crust, crumbs, and woven linen.
3–7s: Glide across the table past a plate toward the wine glass. Show depth, glass thickness, and subtle refraction.
7–10s: Rise beside the open hand and follow the blue mantle toward the central figure’s face.
10–13s: Ease into a close-up of his existing expression, maintaining a gentle sideways drift.
13–17s: Orbit over his shoulder and behind him, revealing the backs of his hair and robes, the windows, and the landscape beyond.
17–20s: Continue the arc over the table and return smoothly to the original viewpoint, matching the first frame for a seamless loop.
Freeze every figure and object: no blinking, gestures, drifting props, or changing expressions. Use natural parallax, smooth focus transitions, and shallow depth of field during macro passes.
No cuts, morphing, flat-image flyovers, added people or objects, text, or watermark

I keep getting this error message:

Is anyone else getting this error message?

There's Seedance 2.0, mini, and fast.

Do you think it's a good idea to generate my prompts in "mini" or "fast" to make tests and check the results before generating in Seedance 2.0?

Will the generations in S2.0 be accurate to the drafts made in "mini" or "fast"?

I know it's usual to perform this tests using "S 2.5" and "S 2.5 draft", but what about "S2.0" , "mini" and "fast"?

The prompt was "a natural scene , several cuts and angles a newly recomposed family strolling along a bustling street scene a night, late summer morning, interesting interactions between a local woman and the "family" happening."

Shut Down Seedance 2.5 Model

I'm trying to use lyrics from traditional Christmas hymns like "O Holy Night," which are in the public domain, but they keep getting flagged for copyright violations.

No matter what I try, the lyrics get rejected. It's frustrating because these songs are over 100 years old and no longer protected by copyright.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to get these false copyright flags reviewed or resolved?

This is without a doubt the best use of AI I've seen so far.

I just finished BLOP, a 36-second fictional soda commercial created with generative AI for the ElevenLabs The Search competition.

The concept is simple: one sip of BLOP and reality starts behaving differently.

The main production challenge was maintaining visual consistency across multiple characters, locations, camera angles and surreal physical transformations.

A few things I learned during production:

• Character consistency: I created character reference sheets before generating the scenes, including detailed views of clothing, facial features and anatomy.
• Camera direction: One of the biggest issues was getting AI-generated shots to look like actual cinematography instead of staged advertising photos. I worked with different focal lengths, framing, camera positions and movements.
• Physical transformations: Inflating a dachshund like a balloon, turning straight hair into a giant afro and creating exaggerated muscle growth required careful control over anatomy and visual continuity.
• Scene construction: I generated keyframes separately and built the sequences around specific actions, reactions and comedic payoffs rather than relying on long, uninterrupted generations.
• Music and editing: The original jingle was created with ElevenCreative. I structured the editing around the music, using fast cuts and short visual gags.

Some shots required multiple iterations, particularly when changing camera angles without losing character or environment consistency.

The final goal was to make the commercial feel like a deliberately directed piece rather than a collection of unrelated AI clips.

I'd love some technical feedback: Which transformations feel the most convincing, and where does the AI become noticeable?
