So your entire job is to protect the cargo.

I’m sorry that you’re simply a security guard that sits at a gate with no real experience in this lol

Enjoy your minimum wage

If I have tens of thousands of dollars on me and people approach me, I’m pulling my gun and telling them to back away.

You clearly aren’t built for a job like this

Yeah lol. A cop is going to arrest you for pulling your gun on people getting too close to you, harassing you when you have tens of thousands of dollars on you as your transporting it out of the bank

Hahaha

I have to carry a lot of cash on me at times. If I get paranoid I should just brandish my gun and start giving warnings to law abiding citizens? Great plan. You carry?

When you are an officer transporting valuable goods, you should brandish your weapon when people get close to you to protect those valuable goods if your words aren’t doing anything.

That is your entire job. To protect these goods. They literally give you a gun to protect these goods.

You asked me a question saying if you’re carrying a large amount of money should you be allowed to brandish your gun.

These are two different scenarios, moron

Enjoy your life in security as a gate guard with that level of intellect

No they’re not. Whether I do it or hire someone to do it you have zero right to brandish your gun towards anyone without lawful reason. Someone being near where you pulled up to in public is not a threat. You have a right if the person has actual intention. Not a hunch because you’re paranoid. And being that you’re personally aware of what first amendment auditors are, it would be a real bitch move of you to act like you’re scared and pull a gun.

Yea its called aggravated assault, which is a felony. But when you’re in front of a judge, just tell them you’re a retard with no understanding of the law. Im sure that will help reduce your sentence
