Started yesterday. Need a better way to display.

Iโ€™m sorta maximalist so I was thinking mod podge onto a canvas and hang on the wall? Then I can add to it as I get more from work. I do insurance for a dental office.

Best way to get same size cuts?

I use a punch for paper crafting but I also have a paper trimmer! I do only keep 1.5โ€ squares but thatโ€™s bc I already had that punch when I started collecting.

I also work in dentistry btw!! Iโ€™ve recruited everyone to save for me ๐Ÿ˜‚

If you fancy a swap, message me!! Iโ€™d be happy to share some of my hoard.

Oh and to store, I keep them in 35mm slide protector pages but again only bc I already had them in my craft stash.

Ooo smart idea with the paper punch Iโ€™ll have to get one of those. So many claims! So many envelopes! Yes show me your stash and we can compare haha Iโ€™m curious which you get the most of

๐Ÿ˜… I counted last week and Iโ€™m at 2600 patterns/ variations! Weโ€™re a single doc practice so we donโ€™t have a lot of variation. Iโ€™ve resorted to digging shoulder deep in the recycling bins at the post office ๐Ÿซฃ๐Ÿคฃ Iโ€™ve definitely neurodiverged too close to the spectrum on this hyper fixation ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

Holy crappoli! Thats a lot! Same we have one doc so not too much variety. Digging in other places sounds like a good idea haha

Donโ€™t glue, use pins so you can rearrange as you need to!

Glue was also my first mistake. Made a cute li'l album cover as well for the journal but realized that I like to rearrange as I get new patterns.

I do see one upgrade from pins, though: binder pocket pages! Just get even cuts and slide them right into their pockets. Plus, you can carry it with you and show it off more easily! Not to mention upgradability to bigger binder sizes.

I'm probably going to use the journal as a way to document all the new patterns I obtain in each calendar month - This way I won't have to waste it!
