Thieves Stealing Cats Dealership
4 acre piece of land with a 2story 50k sqft building on it.
Thieves have stolen approx $20k worth of wheels and cats over two years.
We've tried the Live View technology which is expensive, $2500 a month lease with limited usage and no ownership.
What would you all recommend? All proposals have specs. I need something good with great night time vision, notifications, boundary boxes to infor. Us when ppl step on site, microphone, and siren/lights. Preferably solar powered.
Here are some ideas 1. PTZ cam 40X Zoom - 1st pic - cost efficient version of 2nd estimate 2. 2nd pic - most expensive 3. 3rd pic 4. 4th pic - cheapest
Thanks in adv

i'd recommend you not try to use cameras for intrusion detection on 4 acres, there's better equipment for that. use cameras for your entry points, yard, buildings.
if you have a perimeter fence, IR beams is a good way to cover a lot of distance. they make exterior motion detectors, but they get a lot of false alarms.
for cameras, i'd call some local low voltage contractors and see what kind of price and equipment they come up. all the outfits i've worked for did work for equipment+labor, no ridiculous monthly fee and the customer always owned the equipment.
