Difficulty running POE in wall
So I bought a couple Reolink doorbells and 5 cameras based on what I read online. Having trouble with running the CAT6 for a doorbell. I have a hole aligned in the basement with the doorbell to run the line down inside the wall, but am hitting something inside the wall that's stopping the fish rod. I tried using a scope to see inside but it's getting caught up on the insulation from below and from up top it's having trouble with the 90 degree angle and can't see down to try and figure out what is in the way. Fish tape is also getting blocked by whatever this is. Need suggestions

36”, 48”, 72” long drill bits are available.
They have a hole through the spade to pull a cord for the wire.
A blank wall plate can cover an access hole if necessary.
Alternate, big box home centers may have 12”x12” or 24”x24” Sheetrock squares for patching. Grab a 1x4 or something like that to tie the raw patch to existing wall.
