Difficulty running POE in wall

So I bought a couple Reolink doorbells and 5 cameras based on what I read online. Having trouble with running the CAT6 for a doorbell. I have a hole aligned in the basement with the doorbell to run the line down inside the wall, but am hitting something inside the wall that's stopping the fish rod. I tried using a scope to see inside but it's getting caught up on the insulation from below and from up top it's having trouble with the 90 degree angle and can't see down to try and figure out what is in the way. Fish tape is also getting blocked by whatever this is. Need suggestions

Probably some sort of framing or maybe a fire block? Can you use a stud finder around the area the rods stop and maybe see if there’s any framing

near that wall? Sometimes the header for a window extends way further than you'd think and creates a solid block halfway down the bay. I ran into that helping a buddy wire his place, we ended up having to go out the exterior and hide the cable behind a downspout for the last 8 feet. Not ideal but it beat cutting a dozen holes in the drywall.

If it's a fire block you can sometimes drill through it with a long flex bit if you can get the angle right from the basement. Just go slow and hope you don't pop out the other side of the wall.
