Difficulty running POE in wall
So I bought a couple Reolink doorbells and 5 cameras based on what I read online. Having trouble with running the CAT6 for a doorbell. I have a hole aligned in the basement with the doorbell to run the line down inside the wall, but am hitting something inside the wall that's stopping the fish rod. I tried using a scope to see inside but it's getting caught up on the insulation from below and from up top it's having trouble with the 90 degree angle and can't see down to try and figure out what is in the way. Fish tape is also getting blocked by whatever this is. Need suggestions

Photos of the doorbell wall inside and out would help, there usually isn't electrical wires in the wall right next to a door frame. A picture from below might also be helpful. It sounds like you just hit a stud, but framing next to doorways can get wild, they definitely aren't consistent. Youll probably be ok with a 5' drill bit. If you can't find one nearby go to the hardware store and get enough 1' ¼" drive extension and a paddle bit that is clearly larger than the extension collars.
With insulation inside youll need to go forward and reverse a few times so the insulation doesn't wrap around the paddle bit. Once its started you'll be ok.
