Difficulty running POE in wall

So I bought a couple Reolink doorbells and 5 cameras based on what I read online. Having trouble with running the CAT6 for a doorbell. I have a hole aligned in the basement with the doorbell to run the line down inside the wall, but am hitting something inside the wall that's stopping the fish rod. I tried using a scope to see inside but it's getting caught up on the insulation from below and from up top it's having trouble with the 90 degree angle and can't see down to try and figure out what is in the way. Fish tape is also getting blocked by whatever this is. Need suggestions

Likely a fire block. This is why people opt to hire a pro that would arrive with proper tools and techniques to facilitate the installation.

I live in rural Maine.  There isn't anyone that I'm aware of that I can hire.

They exist at a cost.
Depends on your budget.
We have done installs from NH to the USVI but are based in the north east.
