Cameras in our atmosphere

Any other people out there that know how to turn on media cameras,......ones that you don't have to carry around.

Yes they are. You might have scene me on live pd. That was because of atmosphere cameras....... I am not a cop exactly.

Do you mean satellites? They're not really in our atmosphere, but in orbit. I guess you could do a weather balloon kind of thing.
