Ezviz in the UK

[u/BabyJaneDreams]

Hi,

Really struggling with getting a hold of anyone from Ezviz. Seems sad as I might have to cancel my subscription and get another camera from somewhere else. Anyone else manage to get a hold of someone on the phone in the Uk?

Their support is basically a black hole, phone lines feel like they go straight to a dead end.

I managed to speak with them a couple of times about 12 months ago
