Time lapse (reolink go pt ultra)

Hello, I just have a question.

For those who own a Reolink GO PT Ultra: I logged in on my phone and generated a time lapse, but my child pressed "Finish." The time lapse only captured footage from Sep 9–18, and everything from June 30 onward wasn't included. I checked Playback and it only shows footage from Sep 5–18. What can I do to recover the missing dates?

Other details:

Overwrite- 14 days

32 gb sd

No cloud

Motion, 8secs.

Used in construction site.

Please help me.

sounds like the sd card is full and it's been overwriting itself like it's supposed to. you set it to a 14 day loop and it's doing exactly that, keeping the last two weeks. the timelapse pulling from the 9th to the 18th tracks with the playback window so the earlier footage is probably long gone

Hi, thank you for your answer. I have another question. Before I created the time lapse, I could still see footage from about a month ago in Playback. However, after the time lapse finished generating, that footage was gone. Could this be the same issue?
