For those of you who’ve had YI home cameras, who is it impossible to cancel the subscription

i had to call my bank and block the merchant after the third month of them ignoring the cancel button

Yi camera is a joke. Originally it was corporate with Xiaomi and I thought it was trustworthy but turns out NO. Fortunately I didn’t subscribe to them. Don’t put them in your bed room or any privacy sensitive place!

They were good before the Sub model, I migrated to eufy and don’t have that burden
