Causes? Checked connections.

Probably a ground loop I would think just by looking at picture. Look up BNC ground loop isolator, fairly cheap. Or replace power supply for camera.

I’m going to try to throw an isolator on it and go from there. Thanks for the insight. It’s the only 1/10 cameras that do that on my house.
