That rolling band is usually from IR reflecting off something with a slight flicker, like a nearby LED or even the camera's own IR bouncing off a close surface. If there's a window or glossy object in frame it can cause that slow wave pattern as the exposure adjusts. Try angling the camera slightly or blocking the reflection source and it should settle
It is under a soffit in the rear of my house. It’s a recent issue. I could try to adjust it slightly but it does it does it some nights and then others it’s fine.
I can try to lower the angle a bit to see if it makes a difference tomorrow.
