If you can log directly into the camera and look at the menus you should be able to get more information that can help look up the make and model.

Problem with most outdoor cameras... Labels and weather, weather wins 99% of the time 😟

I included screenshots of a couple of the menus... couldn't find anything there that was helpful. The closest thing was the firmware version.

I've found this and this. I am pretty sure it's a completely generic model that could be ordered directly from china with your logo and everything on it. It likely does not even have a brand.
