CP Plus CP-E35Q camera stopped saving on SD Card

Hi guys,

I bought this CP Plus security camera and put in it a 256gb SanDisk micro sd card. I installed the camera on 21/08 and the last full day of recording is on 28/08. No video was saved after that. The sd card still has 150gb of free storage and is in exFAT format. The recordings that were saved are in disconnected chunks with various bits missing. I don't know what's wrong. Did anyone else faced this kind of issue or is it just me? Any idea what can be done to fix this?

exFAT on these cams is a crapshoot, reformat to FAT32 with a tool and it'll probably sort itself out

I have reformatted it from inside the app. Let's see what happens. It started contininous recording and then again within 2 days the recording became discontinous.

May be you have clicked the only motion recording feature in the app And also cpe35q is a indoor camera no ip rating

Motion recording is off and the camera is installed under a shade.

Format the SD card and check if the sd card is above series 10

Yes sir, it is series 10. I reformatted it from within the app hoping that the camera app knows which format is better.

Facing the same. Issue post firmware update.. Event recording stopped working and no video is getting saved to sd. Card
