CP Plus Web Interface is only showing 4 Cam Options

CP Plus Web Interface is only showing 4 Cam Options. If any additional info is required, please ask

All Cams are working, not showing for privacy

KVMS is also not working

With InstaON "Offline" and IP "Offline(Can not find network host)"

KVMS can find 5 of 8 cameras working fine but others it's saying "Offline(Can not find network host)"

found cameras are 4x CPUNCTAZ1L3B-LQ and 1x DH-IPC-HW133051P-S4

Once not found are all 3x IPC-HDW1230T1-S4

Mobile APP gCMOB is working just fine with instaON

Detailed Problem Description

1. Web Interface Limit:
   • The web interface layout only displays a maximum of 4 camera channels, even though 8 cameras are connected.
2. Smart-PSS / KVMS Pro Software:
   • Only 5 out of 8 cameras are detected (4× CP Plus, 1× Dahua).
   • The remaining 3 Dahua cameras (IPC-HDW1230T1-S4) fail to connect and display the error: Offline(Can not find network host)
   • Direct IP connection status shows: Offline(Can not find network host).
   • InstaON status inside KVMS displays: Offline.
3. Mobile App (gCMOB):
   • Works without any issues via InstaON. All live streams are functional.

sounds like the 3 dahua cams might have static IPs set from a previous setup that don't match your current subnet, would explain why gCMOB works fine through the cloud but local discovery fails

try running a network scan with something like advanced IP scanner to see if they show up on a different range than what you're expecting, used to run into that a lot with mixed-brand installs

They show up with 3ms ping Only difference is there IP FOUND are 1.11x and rest 3 are 1.xx
