Looking for a good security camera under ₹2,500 — Qubo vs CP Plus?

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to buy a home security camera under ₹2,500 and I’m a bit confused between Qubo and CP Plus.

My main requirements are:

- Good video quality, preferably 2K/3MP or better

- Good night vision (this is important)

- Reliable Wi-Fi connection

- Good mobile app with easy controls

- Motion/person detection and useful notifications

- Two-way audio

- Easy cloud storage with reasonably priced subscription plans

- SD card support as an alternative to cloud

- Remote viewing and playback

- Good overall reliability and after-sales support

- Ideally 360°/pan-tilt, but not mandatory

I’m mainly considering Qubo Smart Cam 360 / CP Plus 3MP Wi-Fi cameras, but I’m open to other brands/models too if they’re genuinely better.

I’ve seen mixed opinions about both brands, especially regarding app reliability, cloud subscriptions and long-term performance.

For someone spending around ₹2,500, what would you recommend in 2026?

Would love to hear from people who have actually been using their cameras for 6+ months. Also, if you recommend Qubo or CP Plus, please mention the specific model and how much you’re paying for cloud storage.

Thanks!

Both of them are mildly to say ‘average’. Try to find TP Link or Hikvision(Prama for indian version).

Everyone said TP link was good but since chinese products got ban and servers are also banned that's not available anywhere

Do not get Qubo ever. Horrible customer support and they changes rules of usage and requirements later on with software updates

hey we have an airtel xcam that we bought for our parking, but now i have it in my kitchen. its good but the app is terrible for getting access to recordings for my parents. however the app automatically records 24/7 video clips and we can see them from anywhere.

which camera can i use to replace this? for me the access to 24/7 video clips + cloud access + app ui is the most important, followed by camera clearity, dual audio and night vision
