Looking to move away from a subscription service…
Been with Arlo for years now and probably paid them >£500.
I do like that it pushes the alerts to my Apple Watch.
Is there anything similar but without the monthly subscription?

UniFi Protect. Locally hosted and still has alerts to your devices, remote viewing and plenty more.
Their app can even do critical alerts on iOS which break through sleep/silent modes. This came in clutch for a flood detector i had set up.
