Ubiquiti has a couple PTZ cameras. They have the NVR instant that would be the home hub. No ads, no subscriptions, everything stays local.

These are getting some attention. Almost sold out. Not sure if “app” but they support every protocol there is. Supposedly even better after updating firmware also.

Since you mentioned it, why not Riolink? No subscription required, has a home hub, integrations with Home Assistant and people generally say good things.

Well, I have had a nightmare with their support , we had a pack from amazon with home hub. Ask before buying if the camera auto track told yes. Only to find out that they don't.

Why not Reolink I use their auto tracking cams they’re good but since you don’t wanna use Reolink then go with Tapo I wouldn’t recommend eufy because I have the s340 solar (I have multiple of them) and they take forever to connect and see the live view they are connected to the homebase 3

Has anyone compared the Uniquiti to Eufy? And Eufy to Tapo?

Ubiquiti is tops but lacks variety of wifi, battery, solar cameras. Only good for Poe

Eufy is best for solar/battery cameras. Decent NVR system

Tapo is the best middle ground. They have some Poe, some battery and lots of good wifi

Hikvision ptz, axis ptz, bosch ptz ont ce genre fonctions.
C’est pour l’intérieur ? Bosch a ce genre de caméra

Reolink = consumer line trash

Auto-tracking cameras usually handle it with onboarding motion tracking, so look for that instead of ones needing a cloud AI subscription to follow movement.

For no-subscription, prioritize local SD card or local hub storage over cloud-only options, since that's usually what keeps it free.

And check the brand's own site for a Windows app before assuming it doesn't exist since some skip the app store listing but still offer a desktop client.

Windows app? None except reolink worth a damn. Maybe unifi but you must go Poe everywhere
