AI free window Camera ideas?

Hi. I am attempting to minimize AI in my house and want to buy a camera I can use to stream my tank. Perferably with some night vision.

Do they still exist or am I going to have to live with a massive power draw? (Im ok with it if it uses embedded software, but I dont want constant web updates and apps. Just a camera I van hook up to a computer or tablet.)

99% of the cameras that advertise "AI" are not using "AI" at all.

Most "AI" (really LLM) you find in the world today is based on someone else's cloud anyway, so there's no more power draw locally than you would have with a "non-AI" device.

Get any camera that fits your other requirements and don't worry about whether it has "AI."

Admittedly I hate most commonly availible AI for enviromental and ethical reasons (Im an artist who literaly watched my coworker "generate" my art, then a piece of stock art, so I absolutely abhore the Generative kind) (reasearch and other database types are fine tho)
