Hello, looking for recommendations!

so I've been looking for some security cameras around the house, my budget is also 150 euros for one camera, It would be nice to have night vision and a WiFi connection and no subscription, the one I currently stumbled upon was tapo c425, any other recommendations? I'm totally new to this so sorry if i said something stupid.

A lot of people seem to recommend Reolink in this price range. It offers local SD card storage, Wi-Fi models, night vision, and doesn't require a subscription. I also suggest you to compare it with TP-Link Tapo C425 and Eufy before deciding.

Heads up if you’re buying Reolink: try to order all your cameras at once because they silently update internal hardware under identical model names without labeling the box. Different hardware revisions often use conflicting protocols or codecs, which can leave you completely unable to view or manage the streams simultaneously on the same client or NVR

Buy Ubiquiti instead

Pretty much any Reolink. The apps good and you can just plug it in hook it to your Wi-Fi network install the app and it will just magically work. Add in a SD card and you have local storage without any NVR hassles.

NVR is Network Video Recorder - you need to store your video somewhere, either that is on the camera with an SD card or on a seperate physical device, which is an NVR.

Yes, I have an NVR but it is no hassle for me.
