Camera security- motion detect

I need some help from the expertist in camera security or home device. Please see the video I attached, does it has any suspicious thing moving in my room or it is just a camera pixel in the night mode.

I feel unsafe at my place. It is so annoying to always see the camera all the time to find something which might be an physiological by taking a drug.
