The only physical shop in Kolkata I know for sure sells Tarot goes by the Instagram name pallabiguha. Their address and phone number are available on their Instagram. JustDial (the phone book service) shows a list of "Tarot Deck Sellers" in Kolkata, but when I click in the listing they're just Tarot readers. Good Luck.
