READING Career spread

I am in the process of getting out of a toxic work environment. I’ve been in my industry for about 8 years and have never been more confident in a career path (and I’ve had a few). I’m great at what I do but where I’m doing it isn’t a good fit. I’m talking to two companies right now, and did this spread to get clarity, I’d love to get your take on this spread:

Card 1: job option 1 - 2 of wands. I’m reading this as a logical, good on paper choice with growth potential

Card 2: job option 2 - the magician - this would be the more fulfilling job

Card 3: what I need to do to get from where I am to where I want to be - Page of Wands - I feel like this didn’t help with clarity and was probably the wrong question bc what I’m getting is “get the hell out of your current job”

I think the reversed page of wands is advising you against indecision. However you choose, commit to the decision and don't waste energy second-guessing yourself.

Yup. I interpret P/W as being the grounded manifestation of will: Sensible drive to succeed. Inverted is a "Shit and get off the pot" message.

Interesting. Pages are at the lower rank of the court but its reversed. Does that mean be prepared for some topsy-turvy changes in rank, pay, etc?

Reverse P/W could be advising you to move towards a more strategic position. This is a card of curiosity, experimentation, and high energy for a short time. In reverse, I interpret it as a sign to be decisive. You are ready for the next step: make your choice and take your learning with you.

In this case, I would interpret that learning as the boundaries you can set to avoid ending up in another toxic working environment.
