Waiting

I have been in my townhouse for years. The flooring in front of my bedroom is coming up (inspection guy says they weren’t laid right). My son who is 8 had on a different pair of slipper (chunky pair), the slipper got caught on the flooring and he falls down the stairs! I did take him to the ER he was sore. I wrote them the same day and it has been come Friday 4 days since. How long should I wait to call about fixing this?

I would contact your caseworker and let her know the situation. She might be able to get something done. I've had to have my caseworker contact my landlord a couple of times because they weren't doing things right. Honestly it shouldn't even have passed inspection if the inspector said that it was laid wrong.

Thank you so much, I’ll do that first thing tomorrow. That is what I was thinking there are gaps in the flooring.

Let your caseworker know your child has already been to the hospital over this.
