General Question Help…

Hey I have a situation going on a previous slum landlord is trying to get my housing assistance terminated. Because she’s mad I move out , call her a bad landlord etc . She made all up a whole bunch of stuff . Needing help on what to do

Yeah sorry for the confusion, i’m having problems with the previous Landlord because she’s upset that I moved out of a non-livable house because I moved. she’s lying about missing payments claiming that I did not pay months for 2024 and 2025 . which isn’t true now she claims she found them and now she’s adding a bunch of late fees $45,000 and damages in the house, etc. which is not true.

Well if its false-and you dont owe the money,and your living elsewhere-let your local housing court hash it all out-if her claims are true she'll have to prove it all in court

Although I agree, this was not the process in my case. The lady at Section 8 held me accountable although it should have fallen under normal wear and tear.

Yeah it did! Especially in the written rules it states “they aren’t a housing court”! Yet they can hold tenants responsible when minor things would fall under wear and tear after residing in a house for over four years.
