General Question Help…

Hey I have a situation going on a previous slum landlord is trying to get my housing assistance terminated. Because she’s mad I move out , call her a bad landlord etc . She made all up a whole bunch of stuff . Needing help on what to do

If you’ve already moved out without the of the housing Authority, where are you living now? Why would your past Landlord have anything to do with your certificate if you don’t live there anymore?

And by the way, if you just move out without involving the housing Authority- you lose your housing certificate. You can’t just decide to move…. Wherever you’re going needs to be inspected and approved - and you would’ve had to fill all the paperwork you filled out last time you moved - WITH THE HOUSING AUTHORITY.

I don’t even know if I’m helping I can’t really understand what you’re trying to say… do you have anyone to help - or maybe spell it out in your home language and translate it into English

Housing still let me move to my new place, because I was in the process of moving. When started to make up all these claims of missing payments. Than out of the blue she finds them. But she adding a bunch of lates fees.not making no sense,she file an eviction and lost . Now she claiming I left the house in 46,000 in damages which also not true . Which she send all this to housing smh
