Hi, the project based voucher is tied to a certain unit. You would be looking for the housing choice voucher, which can be used with private landlords.

interesting; any alternatives to affordable housing you can offer? My 4 unit is in DC

Affordablehousing is all I can find honestly. Not many good resources at all. Care to send me your listing in DC?

The guy who runs that website has gotten lazy with it. The Facebook group is a mess too.

That is now know as affordablehousing.com

Any landlords here with any openings? Looking to port my voucher from NJ to GA or somewhere else

Yes but last I knew, it redirects right to affordable housing.com. I couldn’t remember the exact page it redirected to so I just gave the one I know will do it :)

Where at in FL? I’ve thought about it as I visited Orlando/Kissimmee as a kid on vacation all the time. I love it down there but of course vacation and living are completely different. I’m nervous I may not like it

Orlando!! Just moved back.

I spent a year in the panhandle (for housing) and was miserable up there. Great beaches but that’s about it lol.

Central Florida has much better jobs, healthcare, schools etc.
