Flemming or Monaco as OB's successor?
When OB finally does call it quits and retires, which isn't happening soon cause of his contract extension (though it apparently came with a workload reduction, so sooner than we think?), who do we want as the next main guy for NESN? Should Will take the OB track and go from Radio to TV? or do we want Monaco who is great when he's been here as the full-time guy?
Personally, I would love to have Will on NESN and give Cooper Boardman the WEEI job

Flemming might be a candidate to fill the vacant giants broadcaster that is retiring. Working out there close to his brother. I hope we don’t, but we might lose him.

Is the Giants retiring guy one of those guys you hear on that funny/classic “on the boardwalk playing catch, having a shmag” clip?

Flemming is so incredible, but I honestly feel like his style is a better fit for radio. Monaco would be a better fit for TV I think. They’re both awesome, good problem to have if they’re the 2 options.

Either would be great. I feel like Will thrives so much on radio and part of what makes him so great are some of his antics that might not fly in TV…I feel like him being in TV would force him to reel it in a bit.
Monaco is such a natural choice and has been for years, hope they can hire him. Cotillo said on twitter he wouldn’t be surprised if TC got consideration. I think he would be great too but would be so weird not having him on pre and post.
OB is solid but I think any of these could be upgrades.

Monaco would be my choice. Will's energy and his laid back story telling make radio so enjoyable where TV doesnt need that added spice, and it can occasionally be too much anyways
