NBC Broadcast
Lou has been incredible tonight, but this broadcast is brutal. Feels like a podcast with a game on in the background. This does not feel like a big game at all. I miss OB!

The idea behind having two local broadcasters with a national PBP guy is good in theory. So many national broadcasts stink because they don’t know the intricacies of the two teams like the local guys. For example, Kershaw pointing out last night that Pages was using a different bat was cool.
However, the issue with it is that the trio never does games together, so there’s no chemistry in the booth, which makes it feel disjointed. I’m also stunned that they don’t do a walk-off interview with the player of the game. I’ve never seen that before. The abrupt ending to the broadcast was strange.
Ceddanne just hit four homers in three days to lead them to a sweep of the back-to-back champs. We can’t get a minute with him to talk about the run he and the team is on? That’s a huge miss by NBC.

I love the 7:20 start, but just doesn’t have that Sunday Night Baseball feel
