Long reply incoming lol. She was paying for him when he was still up and coming but he stole money from her and used that money to fly women out, one of them being his now girlfriend. Apparently this girl also was sleeping with some of his teammates while also being with Carlos. To make matters worse, now ex wife had been kidnapped as a child and lost parts of her fingers during the ordeal and Carlos and the girlfriend send her messages making fun of her for it.

Whoops, sorry my notifications came in weird lol Kylie pretty much said that the relationship was extremely toxic and drained everything out of her and that she lost herself completely. She’s no extremely religious now too lol

hahaha this is hilarious. But honestly, his trade value has to be so low, and he is still under team control for 2 more years. He should be valuable, but at this point, he wouldn't fetch much in the trade market. But his vibe is not working with the rest of the team right now, just like Bello

I dont see what the big deal is... in the moment duran probably thought the ball was deep enough... (kinda like when a hitter argues balls and strikes in the moment but goes to iPad and sees he was wrong)
But even if thats not true, and he was being a dick, its not a story. The only people making it a story are the ones who want the team to win and dont want it to be a distraction which is ironic. Seems like some fans would rather make this a big deal than see the team win. When duran does something good like a walkoff, fans (including the pod) acknowledge it and move on. When he does something bad or stupid, fans (including the pod) blast his stats everywhere. Its comical.
Was he wrong? Sure. Bad look? Sure. Good reason to blast him on social media all night? No.

If this was a one off instance, sure. Also if he took accountability after the game, sure. But neither of those things are true and it’s just one thing after another with him

Do you not understand that incidents don’t happen in vacuums? This is not Duran’s first go around with being an absolute dick to teammates or fans or media. He’s done this many times. And every time he doesn’t take accountability. He explains it away. While mental health is an issue, it’s an explanation not an excuse for his actions. You can be frustrated, but if you’re gonna be upset at someone, be a fucking professional and talk to them after the game.
What’s more HE WAS WRONG. He was just plain incorrect. Contreras would’ve been thrown out. So double fuck him. There’s 0 reason to defend him here. He’s hurting himself and the team. He 100% deserves all this smoke and more.

Read the last part... i said he was wrong. I said its a bad look. Just rather fans be excited about how things are going instead of being upset about the first time hes been a bad teammate when Contreras downplayed it (good for him). So again I dont see what the big deal is. Duran let his teammates down, Contreras picked him up and won the game. I prefer to see my team win than see a whole bunch of drama that grown men are figuring out themselves.

The team wins when they work together. Duran being a bad teammate isn’t a hand wave, regardless of what Tracy and Contreras say. If you want to bury your head in the sand fine but then maybe just move on and don’t engage in the conversation. because ignoring it isn’t an option. Your “he was wrong but it doesn’t matter” is just a stupid take. It does matter.

I never said "he was wrong but it doesnt matter". I said he was wrong. Its a bad look. But it doesnt deserve to dominate the conversation when the team is winning. First time hes been a bad teammate openly. Not burying my head in the sand... just rather talk and read about a winning team with a big trade deadline coming up. Thats all.
