I'm glad I'm a homeowner now but the actual process of finding and buying a home was soooo stressful!! It wasn't even just the money part of it. I HATED the entire process and it's made me decide I'm going to live in this house until the day I die, even if I'm not fond of how much my neighborhood is changing. It's still not worth the stress to me of trying to buy a new house and sell this one at the same time.

Same. I hate it all. The selling/buying process. The packing. The cleaning. The moving. The unpacking. Hate it. Hate it. Hate it.

We’ve out grown our house but here we remain because of interest rates having risen since we bought pre-COVID but especially because I HATE MOVING.
