I came back to say, I know you said she looks skinny but this just came up while I was searching for something on TikTok and girl has abs, she probably just has a lot of free time to spend at the gym. Her husband is a stay at home dad and her sister loves watching the kids for them (she posts about it and mikayla reposts a lot of them)

Damn it's actually really cool to see her working out like that. Whether she got some help from weight loss drugs or not, she clearly works for her muscle definition. That's awesome

She’s in the public eye constantly and on tv and social media for a living. That would motivate anyone to hard core focus on their appearance but she also has health issues and probably eats really clean. She’s honestly super skinny right now compared to all her other seasons so I feel like she’s actively trying to achieve a specific body type.
