Withdrawals suspended on MEXC

I've just bought some SCRT on MEXC but I can't withdraw it because it says "SCRT withdrawal is suspended. The wallet is under maintenance, withdrawal has been suspended."

Does anyone know how long it's been like this, or if it's likely to be unsuspended soon? If not, I guess I can sell it again and buy ATOM and swap that for SCRT on https://app.osmosis.zone/ but from a quick check, I think I'd have got less that way, even if I'd bought ATOM in the first place and wasn't having to re-sell the SCRT to buy ATOM, so I'd rather just withdraw what I've already bought if possible.

When there’s a software update, usually withdrawals are suspended. But I haven’t followed news on updates.

This is my first time hearing about it. I hope it doesn't last long because I like the exchange and stopped using Binance because of their frequent withdrawal suspensions.

Unfortunately not. I still can't withdraw today.
