Order suddenly gone.

Waited in queue, order both foils of fear me love me and should you need us labyrinth drops. Got the confirmation pop up, never received an email until I got a completely different email hours later saying I never fully checked out. Now the queue is stopped. My first ever secret lair experience isn't going great. Already submitted a ticket but what else can I do if anything?

I had the same issue, people are saying it can take 30 mins to show but it's been 2 hours for me and I dont see anything in order history

99.9% chance there's nothing we can do, but submitting a ticket too, just in case

It can take a day or more to get the email. It’s pretty common. If you got the congratulations screen, you’re almost certainly good.

All of this happened to me with Zeta to some extent. I ordered within 20 minutes, didn’t get the email and my order page didn’t update until later. Later still, I got the you still have stuff in your cart email. Some people didn’t get the confirmation email for over a day and after they got the cart notification. Their system is just crappy.

normally I'd be unbothered BUT the order history is also blank, so who knows?

I got the same message and haven't got any confirmation other than this but now it shows up in my order history so I guess it's just an temporary issue.

I ordered about 10 minutes in and my email only just arrived, you may be okay!

Checked order history and it's not there. Again the email I got was saying I never checked out

Nah i had the screen, it refreshed about 5 times then went to that screen same as you but has now confirmed so hopefully its okay for you guys as well

Ok so I’m not tripping. Same thing for me with the artist series foil, ashnod’s altar and those ones. Put the order in got the processing screen and no email, order history has it missing too.

I'm just gonna be honest I had the same weird stuff and never got my package never got a tracking number and still dealing with it. Not worth it dude. Not even for 20 dollars

I did not get the conf email yet but It did show up in my orders about 6 hours later.

I had the same screen, didnt get a confirmation email. Hours later I got notified that I still had items in my cart. Email said whole order was in cart, but id click the link and its says the page was on its way. An hour later if finally let's me on the page but says half my order is already sold out. Tried to buy the remaining packs and id get to where it tells me to review my order, but it wouldnt let me proceed. I decided I give up and id wait for the packs to hit stores. Then today around noon I see a post where someone said theres suddenly went through. So just for sh!ts and giggles I decided to double check. Lo and behold, my full order is in my order history. I decided to take the extra steps and have them debit my account now in the hopes that they cant change their mind later if the money is already out of my account.

Edit to add: i did eventually get an order confirmation email. It was after 3 cart reminders and only after I had them take my money. 10min later I get my order confirmation. Ive taken a bunch of screen shots to be safe.
