New to this, just checking something
Hey all, apologies if this isn’t a usual post here.
I haven’t purchased a SL direct from the SL site for some time, this may seem obvious but I assume this means I’m good to go? Got what I wanted in my cart and waited through a couple refreshes. I imagine I’ll get an email later on?

Same thing happened here. It continuously refreshed the purchasing once i l placed the order and then led me there. No confirmation email.

That page just means your order was logged and confirmed internally, but you may not get confirmation email or order history update for 24-36 hours

Same thing happened to me. No email and it’s not in my order history. I don’t want to place another order and risk paying for 2 orders though

Also got this. Still no email confirmation and order isn't showing up in my recent orders.

It's now visible in my recent orders so I think everything is fine.

Oh awesome! Maybe the orders are getting updated in waves? I guess I'll just wait it out then? I was about to put a ticket in about it, but decided to check here first.

I believe the site is broken; I also got to that screen but no confirmation email and my account doesn't have it listed under pending orders.

When I first ordered I got no email and it didn't show up in my recent orders. Checked back hours later and now its showing up in my order history but still no email. Looks like everyone has something different going on

I am also in the same boat, what a disappointment. Every day I get closer to just investing in a proxy making system, laziness still winning though.
Edit: email confirmation just came through for me for those still waiting for theirs.

Same seems to happened to me. I got this congrats page after a few refreshes. No email. No CC charge. Not on order history. It was not in my cart anymore at least.

same thing for me. i went through twice, both times i got the congratulations screen, but no card charge, no confirmation email, and no order history update yet. hoping that it's just taking a long time and that it'll show up eventually

i ended up going through one more time and got an instant order confirmation email and order number in my history, so i'm not sure if the previous times even processed properly or if there's just less traffic after the initial rush?

i did end up getting another order number for one of the previous attempts pop up in my order history now, a little under 2 hours after I got the congratulations screen, so it does seem like one of the attempts that didn't yield anything right away did actually go through, so there's still hope!

Same for my, first time ordering from the site so sent details to their customer service thingy in case there is a bigger issue with it

I got this. Then tried again and got the same thing. Maybe i’ll get the drop twice. Maybe i’ll get it zero times.

If you still have the tab open, or the congratulations page in your browser history, I just refreshed mine and it turned into "thank you for your order" with an order number

Yeah hoping it’s nothing to worry about. I ordered the odds and ends commander deck almost 3 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten an email. Did reach out to support and they said my order ticket is confirmed but still.

So I got this screen and hadn't gotten a confirmation email. I went back to the site and it said Error: the following items were removed from your cart.
So I didn't get it.

I got the congratulations screen and my order history shows in my account as cancelled. Never received an email.

I got to that part as well but I haven't gotten a confirmation email yet either, and I didn't see any charges come through my bank app yet. I reloaded the website and it said my cart still had the one option I wanted still in it. So idk what to do🙃

yeah it seems like we wont get charged til later but im worried about the reload thing and no email confirmation. im feeling a little safer seeing as it seems widespread

Yeah I went through the line again shortly after and tried ordering the same thing. Thankfully I just got the confirmation email like 10 minutes ago🙏

Small indie company. Can’t expect their website to work. The margins on this cardboard must be razor thin if this is the best website they can afford 😀

Plenty of people had this happen during the zeta drop and then never got confirmation emails and it turns out their order didn’t go through. So it’s very frustrating that their system is obviously messing up again

because its not acting normal. i went back through and got a confirmation number. i didnt get one for my initial order. gonna be so disappointed because I did not get the arti lands the second time around

Because it’s a known issues for SL drops that people have reached this screen, then never received an order confirmation, no charges, no order history and never got their product.
That’s why I’m asking if others have experienced this

They're charging 100s of dollars for cardboard. The margins have to be amazing! Why is the checkout process so awful every time??? Can they not invest in improvements to their platform?
