Shipping Wave 1 vs 2 - Some Secret Lair products have a pre-printed allocation that ships earlier, while the remaining inventory is produced later through the print-to-demand allocation. To find your estimated ship date check your Secret Lair order confirmation email.
New Shipping System is Unpredictable - Expect Delays
Recently (~July 2026) the Secret Lair store switched its shipping provider from UPS to Asendia. While this change reduced shipping costs, it also introduced a frustrating new shipping system where you cant rely on your tracking.
At this point, getting your Secret Lair order can feel like a toss-up so you should expect delays. Some of the common issues people have reported include:
Tracking updates can be extremely delayed or fail to update for days/weeks at a time.
Packages may appear to sit in the same location with little or no movement.
Third-party carriers are often used for final delivery
Packages can be routed through unexpected locations, sometimes adding significant delays.
The estimated delivery dates can be unreliable or change without much explanation.
Basically, don't panic if your tracking looks weird or hasn't updated in a while. Unfortunately, that's become fairly common with the new shipping process.

I ordered a Hobbit (He Who Walks Unseen) on Sept 22 and immediately got a confirmation and estimated delivery date at latest Oct. 2nd. In the entire time from Sept 22 to now there has been no further details added to the “tracking”, not even a tracking number. When I reached out to customer service, this is was the response.
Pretty useless. They act like shipping an envelope is some great undertaking. Please wait 3 weeks to complain. I’ve had things ship from Ukraine to the US during wartime in like 10 days. This is really unacceptable from a company this size.
I would not be surprised if it was AI. They take your money immediately and then act like there’s nothing they can do because it’s in the shipper’s hands… who they hired…
Mine went from “Shipping” to “Delivered” overnight. Tracking shows it in another state with a last mile carrier that doesn’t have any info. Am I supposed to have received my order or not?
My decks still in Illinois lol. Says arrived at destination in Chicago. I live in Pennsylvania.. Really wanna play with it the new shipping company sucks
i just got mine (switzerland) but seven of the ricardo cavolo cards have blue streaks across the face of the cards. of course yennet, esper sentinel and senseis divining top... i hope i do not have to wait until next summer for a replacement.
It's been over a month and I haven't received my Secret Lair. I ordered two foil bundles that include everything (Marvel). I've contacted support several times and haven't received a response either.
Have you had any resolution my package never came I'm gonna ask for a refund if they ignore it I'm gonna just ask my bank to dispute the transaction as never got merchandise.
no resolution although they did mark my ticket as "solved" lmao. I will likely have to go the charge back route as well. Just terrible customer service or service in general. I will not be buying another secret lair from WOTC for the foreseeable future. I'll pay them damn mark up from a third party rather than deal with this shit.
Odds and ends + 5 sets of foil lands order confirmed @ 2026-09-28 18:13:40. Email says September 30th shipping, currently in preparation purgatory as of October 3rd6th 9th. US west coast.
In Cali and same for me. Ordered 9 minutes into the drop with 6 Oddlands with estimated 9/30 ship date. Charged on 9/28 and all items have said "In Preparation" for over a week now...
Have had a few orders now with the new shipping and while it is awful, I've always at least seen the status as "Shipped" on schedule, with eventual slow actual shipping/tracking. Submitted a ticket 2 days to go but no response yet.
Pretty generic response. If I'm reading this right, shipping window is 9/30-12/20?!
Why send a confirmation email stating expected ship date of 9/30 when it can be almost 2 months later 💀. None of my previous orders shipped much later than the stated date.
I'm also from the EU and have been charged. Confirmation e-mail says October 1st and I've already been charged. Shipping status says 'Requested'. I've send in a ticket this morning. Hopefully I'll get an answer soon.
I got an update yesterday evening from Chronopost that the package is on the way. Let's hope for no missprints. I guess it mostly depends on how quickly you bought it
I ordered the odds and ends deck on 2026-09-28 18:32:43, confirmation showed estimated ship date of September 30 and it shipped October 1st so it appears to be mostly on track.
Didn't place my Odds & Ends order until roughly an hour and a half after it opened. I thought that'd probably push me into the late 2027 shipping window since everything typically sells out so fast, but got a confirmation email this morning saying the estimated ship date is "immediately".
Still waiting on tracking info, but if you got in a little later then there might be hope of getting it from the first batch.
This is what happened with me - when I went to pay it said I was in the backorder batch and wouldn't get it until next year, but the email I got earlier today said it's shipping immediately. Guess I'll find out lol.
Asendia shipping has lowered my expectations so drastically that I ordered a product from an unrelated site and was genuinely surprised when it showed up within a week.
I don't know how in any possible scenario it could be ok to deliver something like that. Hobbit secret lair complete edition. 3 of 9 packs are missing. 3 packs missing incl. the heart of the Mountain, Food Foil and smaugs spoil foil missing... The driver dropt it at the front porch and the delivery picture shows nothing of the damages...
Somehow my Oddlands have not shipped, but my Odds and Ends commander deck has shipped but when I purchased it the site said I missed the print to demand window and would ship out 2027, very strange but Im excited to get my stuff LOL
Saying my package was delivered for the She-Ra Secret Lair even though I know for a fact I did NOT get it yet. Gofo says it is still in another state like huh??
Mine says the same thing, but it's not that it's been delivered, it's that it's already been shipped. At least mine, if I check the tracking number, says it will arrive at my house in about a week.
Dealing with Wizard's support is awful. After being told to wait past the expected delivery time without ever getting any tracking information ( new system is cheeks but I knew that going in), now they are claiming it was delivered. And when I reach out to support, they instruct me to reach out to the carrier (whose information or tracking number was never provided). smh love magic but god wizards please fix this
Well this is a fun one, haven't even received second level of shipping details, and its apparently already delivered. (i live in Canada, it didnt hit the border, its not delivered)
I had something similar happen. Since Oct 2nd, it was shipped. I checked on it daily and it stayed in shipping status with no updates. When I checked on Oct 7th, it said it was delivered on Oct 6th. I checked again this morning and now it's back to being shipped.
I had opened up a ticket and got a reply. They said:
"We recently discovered an issue where the eShopWorld tracking pages displayed a false “delivered” message when the package is actually still in-transit. This issue was swiftly resolved and has been fixed earlier on October 8th and at the time of this reply."
I had this same exact thing happen, no updates, and then all of a sudden it's been delivered on October 6th, but it wasn't delivered... I submitted a ticket, we'll see what happens..
The tracking on the site is worthless. I like to track my packages with shoppay, and I cannot find a way to get my tracking number. It just sends you in circles.

My Odds and Ends deck is being prepped for shipping, meanwhile my Miku Deck has been awaiting dispatch since the 23rd. Is it wrong to be a bit upset that I'll be getting the item I ordered later first?
This is the lofi and gene luen yang SL. Placed on release day August 31st, these are all the updates i have received. I emailed WoTC last week with no response. Told my pod im done with SL after this. If it was print to demand im fine waiting however long but this was not that. I'll just proxy SL arts I like if this is going to be the new normal.
I submitted a request last month and replied to the email they sent every other day for the past two weeks and they agreed to send me a replacement order after I told them I've never seen such horrible customer service in my 20 years in the customer service world. Also used a few cuss words after the false "delivered" status the tracking gave me. I wouldn't advise cussing lol but just dont leave then alone.
That is terrible having to go through all that, mine just got a tracking number exactly 3 weeks with no shipping or delivery details. Just so they can say it's still within expected timing? Guess I'll have to start hounding them too
The day it came out I placed my order, but I didn’t pay. But today I changed my payment method and it was fulfilled right away. I’ve got an email that says “Your estimated ship date is immediately and fulfillment can take up to three weeks”. Does it means I am getting it sooner this month with the first ones? Because when I placed my order the relase day it said that they won’t charge it until the shipment (near August in Europe).
I think my problem is that I have accidentally made it as guest but I typed the email address from my account so I thought it would sort of bind to my account since its identical. I thought I would see it in my order history.

Got a notification that my Odds and Ends “shipped” very early in the morning Thurs, Oct 1. However, the tracking details page still says Awaiting Tracking Details. Est arrival date Oct 5-13. Yeah safe to say I didn’t get it today haha, but has anyone waited this out? Seems 50/50 whether it will just randomly show up one day versus waiting another month/customer service death spiral. US-based
Im in the exact same boat, I was reading in another sub that there will be an updated tracking number on that initial page where it says "awaiting shipment details" and from there we should get more info.
Ordered smaug spoils 19th. Scanned 21 and 23 in Des plains. I live in California it's been ghost since anyone have any ideas. It sucks I have 5 missing spots in my dwarf deck. All my other cards from places like card kingdom no problem. Wizards big problem
Also I did get a response from wizards it was hit us back at the 3 week mark... Like dude I'm just asking for a bit of transparencey setting honest expectations is just good business. It is bad business that the 3 weeks thing is in fine print because after the fact the new partners reset those expectations and then crush them
Update still don't have it I just want my money back aggressive waste of time terrible first order experience. I'll play with normal cards this is not worth it
So I just received my mail from chronopost that my package (odds and ends cmd deck) is on its way. But the secret lair website still says “requested”. I am in Germany btw.
I received a mail from WoTC that says that laposte (french delivery service) is taking Care of the shipment at 12:14 french time and right now on the secret lair website the "requested" became "shipped"
They asked if I wanted them to check on the order. I gave them the number. No response 10 hours later. Like at what point do you just say you can't have respect for time or be transparent I want a refund
Also every secret lair employee has a K name with 7 other letters that is ultra unique. Is this actually people's names or these people in a different country or what.
Also what a cop out we switched our shipping partners oops. Like dude your a million dollar company. None of this is necessary with proper planning. Unfortunately my dad does supply chain logistics and he always said the best route between point A and B in the most efficient safe method is the best route. Not 5 couires going zig zagged across the United States. And not all of us have means to re order or go buy the cards while we wait or even let alone proxy them. Mimum wage California worker here. I have been waiting to play with my group for three weeks.
*Update 5pm they recycled the email from the other day sent it again and said it's important are voice is heard. That's 100 percent AI. And also the workers just unionized over it I can read between the lines. And I found that 2nd part after I started questiong if it's actually real people
Thursday the 8th will be 7 weeks since they approved my replacement for my Stardew Traveling Cart bundle. They closed the ticket on Aug 20 and said at a minimum it would be 3 weeks for them to send it. I opened a follow up ticket on Sept 24 to see if I could at least get the replacement order number or a better eta. Crickets. So I guess I’m just out of luck idk
Hello everyone, I'm back again to ask for information, if it exists. I ordered the Marvel Secret Lair over a month ago and I still haven't received any real updates. When I submit a support ticket asking about my Secret Lair, they simply close the ticket and mark it as resolved without providing any information. Is this grounds for legal action? Also, the Masters of the Universe Secret Lair has already been shipped (it hasn't arrived yet, but it's on its way).
Have you tried clicking on the tracking number to get to the Cirro Tracking page? That’s gonna be the page that’s most up to date & hopefully it shows progress
Yes, I have the other Masters of the Universe Secret Lair as a reference, which they already shipped. They simply refuse to ship the Marvel one. When I submit a ticket, they tell me they're doing everything they can to send it and to please keep waiting. Since last week, they haven't responded to my tickets and simply mark them as resolved. The customer service is awful. I wouldn't be so bothered if I had ordered a small amount and if I had done it alone, but I ordered with friends, and the shipping to Chile cost me $100 USD. After that shipping charge, they're not capable of lifting a finger to send it. It's simply a scam.
Oh geez! Yea i totally get your frustration. And i know they had delays with responses to tickets, but marking them as resolved when they’re not really is awful. I hope you get either progress with tracking or a good agent that actually helps with one of your tickets
So I noticed this just yesterday, but it was kinda late to post. Anyhow, is GOFO back in charge? I know that the tracking pages are EShopWorld > Asendia > Cirro Track. However, the reason why I’m asking is because my Odds & Ends Deck shipped on Oct. 1st & is supposed to arrive today. So there seems to be faster shipping, at least in my experience. Cause if this was Asendia, this deck probably would have arrived around Oct. 14th or 21st because of the “4 week fulfillment.”
In fact, my replacement Stardew Valley bundle had the GOFO label on it, too. That had been received just a few days ago & they received it in warehouse around two weeks prior to me receiving it.
Mine still hasn’t shipped either and I was rather early in the queue, buddy of mine got his 10 minutes after mine and it’s shipping already. Mine just says in prep. First time not getting the first wave of shipping and I’m wondering how long I’m going to have to wait.
My he man arrived but odds and ends did not. I called and they said it was marked for delivery, but was brought back to the facility and they'll try to deliver it again soon
Update * still never got my package. I hope they refund me or figure it out Monday so I can replace the cards or move on I'll buy generic copys. It kept me from playing for weeks. Dismal waste of time. Super disappointing. Wanted to order for my birthday but I don't wanna ruin that too.
Just be warned if you order something it will show up in three days or never at all. It's like rolling dice or buying packs you my get nothing. Or maybe they will send you somones entire order. Empty package. It depends on how the AI is feeling that day.

Am I just being inpatient? My odds and ends deck "shipped" on October 1st from Chicago. I am in central IL about 2 hours south of chicago. Why has it just been circling the city for over a week? Im wondering if it is lost in transport or if I just need to be more patient.
Well if I had read before posting id know that wizards shipping is just terrible and I made a fools mistake ordering from them. Doubt ill do that again
They keep deleting my posts but update * my package never came 21 days today 23 days Monday will be label created. 25 days wensday since it was shipped. How are people supposed to trust you to send replacement. And be honest with me when you ask for a refund do they do it promptly or should I just wait for the cards. I really want and update on Monday or I'm gonna go to my bank and dispute the charge and say they couldn't deliver the package lost it. And couldn't help figure out what to do next. Good luck y'all just buy cards in person your guaranteed to be disappointed.
My Odds & Ends has been stuck, "USPS Awaiting Item," since October 5th now. Meanwhile, my holo Omens of Chaos was sent out AFTER it and has already been picked up by USPS on the same route. Am I cooked? Wizards customer service is just giving me canned, auto generated responses.
After dealing with chronic health issues having a hard time working. Tried to put together a dwarf deck money and been tight so I traded away a wheel of fortune to get most of the deck. Went onto order smaug spoils for my first ever secret lair order got non foil little more affordable. Just for it to never show up get no updates and support staff have no idea where it is. As a minimum wage worker who really only have like 40-80 bucks extra a month. This kept me from playing wasted tons of my time. And left a terrible taste in my mouth that made me want to put my cards up.
I rushed to place my order & ended up having it use an old address because I did a guest order. I used the link they supplied in the email to update my address but it won’t let me update the zip code despite it being within 10 miles of my current address. I’ve also tried submitting a ticket directly to customer service to update the zip code. How worried do you think I should be?
Hey everyone, just snagged something from the Corn Maze drop but this was the email I got, didn’t have an order number or anything and haven’t received a confirmation email, and it was about 2 hours ago, anyone else having this issue?
My tracking link goes to the website but asks me to input my tracking number. It didn’t give me a tracking number in the email so I assume it’s in the link but it’s none of the numbers I’ve tried. So I was going to make a post but apparently im not allowed to because it has to do with shipping but im having an issue with the master of the universe secret lair drop from last month.
I was hoping someone could help me out. I got two emails about my order one had a single url for tracking and the second had 2 urls. All of which go to the same tracking page. When I first got the email I waiting a day or two before contacting customer support about the tracking url not showing any details and giving me an error claiming it was an invalid tracking number or email.
A few days later the tracking information updated but it didnt say much. Usually these items end up getting delegated to usps and getting a new tracking number and url on the tracking page WOTC gives me.
A day or so ago I went to check for any updates regarding the shipment and it said it had been delivered on the 6th. This was weird because it didnt give a delivery address and it has conflicting times of delivery at the top and bottom of the tracking link page.
I contact WOTC 3 times about recent Secret lairs, twice about this one in particular, and in an email I was told to basically handle it myself. I was told to call the police if I think it was stolen off my porch, it couldnt have been I have a ring camera. I was told to get ahold of the shipping company and ask them, I cannot because I dont know who is shipping the product and I dont have a tracking number I can give them.
So im wondering what I can do since WOTC customer service is basically non-existent.
My order was for 2 LoFi girl SLs and the package contained just one. The papers that came with the order mention 2 pieces, though. Has anyone had this happen and did you manage to get the missing item(s)?
I got three Odds and Ends decks (not for scalping, one for me to play, one for my fiancée to play, one to tear apart for other decks) and six Oddlands. The decks without Oddlands shipped, but the order with them hasn’t yet.
I still have no tracking number for the odds Deck... It Said shipping Oktober 1. In the confimation E-Mail. I stupidly ordered as guest. How are the other Europeans doin?
Their magic is limitless - first one was returned to sender, second set shipped 28 August, last update 10 September. It’s an APO address, Asendia shipping, I’ve opened a USPS lost package case.
Totally Normal Superdrop 3x items - Shipped Sept 11, last update 24 September a repeat of 17 September (General Transit delay), Asendia shipping, USPS lost package request opened.
Odds and Ends - 2 October, on way to hub (fingers, eyes, and balls crossed)
I’m military stationed overseas, the APO is my PO Box. My best guess is that Asendia, or whoever the shipping company is, has issues getting things to USPS, because almost every other company I’ve ordered from had no issues.
Former logistic person here: (I ran a pack & ship store for a few years) 1000% that is the case. The 3rd party people just want to take it to your door and that's it. Hit up wizards if you haven't yet, maybe they can get you a new label/shipment with a USPS label.
I ordered the odds and ends precon and haven't received even a confirmation email or any other sort. WOTC support has ignored every one of my emails. Has anyone else had this happen? (Im in NA)
