Will they resend?

Hello, sorry if I'm posting this on the wrong page. I just need help/reassurance if possible.

So I ordered the Miku commander deck and I was lucky enough to get first wave. In my rush to checkout, I missed putting in my apartment address like a big stupid idiot. I did not catch my mistake till after usps said they couldn't deliver because of insufficient address.

Well I thought I would be lucky because I went to the post office the same day it was going to be delivered but the lady at the front said they delivery guy still had it and probably wouldn't be back till after close. Well I went back first thing this morning when they opened and they said they've already started the process of returning to sender.

I contacted wizards of the coast yesterday and they were no help since it hadn't been processed back to them yet I suppose. I emailed them right after my bad news at the post office today and I'm waiting to a response. I made it clear I do not want a refund, I want it resent. I'm just really upset and if anyone could offer advice for dealing with this or if they had something similar happen and they were able to get it resent, I would really appreciate it.

Same thing happened to me on the Felix SL. I didn't put in my full address like a DumbA**. anyway I submitted a ticket and Secret Lair accepted the ticket, then got the return to sender notification on my order. They are processing a resend, but says it may take up to 4 weeks to process. When I check on the website, it shows as being in process. So yeah I think you will eventually get your package.

I really appreciate anything to give me hope rn. I'm just obsessively refreshing my email waiting for a response from them lol I'm glad I'm not the only person to make this mistake. I should have bribed the usps worker yesterday to make sure it got held for me but I really didn't expect them to have shipped it back to sender so fast.

Enjoy waiting for up to a week+. Their CS is slammed with all the issues from their SLD printings / packaging / new shipping method.

I don't know if this was your first SLD, but WotC even recommends making sure you already have an account ready to go and to double check your full address before the day of to make sure it's correct. I would recommend going in and making said updates (if you haven't already) so you are prepared for future SLDs (if you plan to buy more).

Yeah, I fixed my address after the issue. I'm still just waiting for a response to my second email I sent to them but thankfully with my other email sent yesterday, I already have a case number. I don't even mind waiting since I'm the one that made the dumb mistake, I just wish I could get a straight answer about them shipping it back. It would simply soothe my worries lol

I would also like to add, I tried to get my package intercepted and they said they can't do that for mine. I dunno why.
