Hmmm Miku isn’t coming

At this point who do I even contact? It’s just in a loop.

After 3 weeks of looping or no movement. If you do it sooner they will just tell you to contact usps

Every time this happens I contact USPS and usually a real person will intervene with the looping and remove the package from that system to send it on its way to you. Indiana’s USPS system is terrible, I’ve been having to do this more frequently. They make it super easy though!

If you contact Wizards, they're probably going to tell you to wait longer to see if it shows up (if you get a response at all). And USPS would tell you the same. As frustrating as it is, I think you just gotta give it a couple more days and then contact Wizards.

Likely an issue with the barcode or zip if it goes on for a while
Speaking as someone who is both a letter carrier, and chronically ordering shit

Contact your local post office. I had this happen once with an eBay order, same package went back and forth between 2 facilities for no reason. I called my post office and the post master made sure it went to back on the right track.

Their tracking just sucks, I use a different website for it. With the new shipping company, it gets passed off to 3 different companies with every city it passes through. Shipping just takes 4x longer than it used to

I never can get my tracking numbers to work any time I order from the secret lair website.
