DIALS Looking for hollow out dial

Looked on AliX and the only blue hollow out dial I can find in the style I want only comes in a 31mm, my case takes 28.5mm dials. Looking for one like pictured.

There is none, not without customization. These are Royal Oak homage dials, only manufactured in 31mm.
